This is great hot sauce--it's much more savory than truly hot. If you are looking for just heat--go elsewhere. But if you are looking for a tasty, savory condiment, you have to give this a try. I first had it at the New Orleans House of Blues about 10 years ago, and now I keep a few in my cupboard at home at all times. It is especially good on anything creamy, like alfredo, mashed potatoes, even in clam chowder. And of course it is awesome in red beans and rice. I highly recommend it!
